Proposed Bylaw Changes
The following amendment to the Robert Frost / Challenge Center PTO Bylaws has been proposed as of May 6, 2018 and will become effective on May 20, 2018 unless any objections have been received.
Article IX, Section 2
Current: “The Budget must be approved before new spending can occur in any fiscal year.”
Revised: “The Budget must be approved at the first regular PTO meeting of the fiscal year. Executive Board members may spend up to $1000 prior to approval of the budget in order to fulfill fiscal needs prior to the first regular PTO meeting of the year.”
Proposed amendment will be posted on the PTO website and will become effective after two weeks as long as no objections are received.
